Our Story

We started Majestic Towers 1705 with the mission to provide the best Panhandle vacation home rental experience for our guests. With years of experience in hospitality, we understand what it takes to make your stay unforgettable.

My wife grew up vacationing in the Florida panhandle. This remains one of her favorite beaches in the world. After a family vacation to Panama City, we decided to have a beach condo retreat to enjoy the beautiful beach and sunsets. We have found the location, and the Majestic Resort to be a perfect combination for rest and relaxation.

What amenities are included in a Majestic Towers 1705 rental?

Amenities are many , include Wi-Fi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchens, linens, towels, and more.. You must wear wristbands ( anyone older than 13 yrs) . We have an unmonitored inventory of kids sand toys and chairs. This inventory is based on an honor system. You are allowed anywhere on the premises Tower 1 and Tower 2, all pool, etc..

How is the check- in accomplished?

Mostly remote. The check-in is simple and friendly. When all paperwork completed. You will be given a quick brief about the property to make your stay more enjoyable. A door code will be issue making life simple for you and your family.

How about parking?

New in 2024, Majestic Beach Tower HOA will be responsible for assigning parking spaces or issuing parking passes. The host is no longer in control of this cost. The bright side is that you are renting the larger condo and you should be able to pay for two parking spaces for the length of your stay. Closer in to your Check -in, the Host will request information on your car: Year, Model and license plate. Shortly after you will receive a link to pay for parking (Approximately $42) . BE SURE TO GET A CONFIRMATION. Your car will not be allowed in the parking structure if this registration process is not completed. Additional parking is available next door from a different vendor.
